After 25 years in the staffing industry, Ed Larsen founded AbilityMarket in 2004 as an LGBT owned enterprise.  Building upon a reputation for unsurpassed customer focus and a talent for matching candidates to corporate cultures, Ed quickly established a base of business in the New York Metro area which has expanded to a national scope.

In simplest terms, at AbilityMarket, we market ability.  Our niche in the employment market is Diversity and Inclusion, with special emphasis in the Disability Community. An extensive network of referral sources allows us to identify qualified candidates in all markets and specialties.

Our approach is to keep all candidates on a level playing field. Among the slate of equivalently qualified candidates introduced on any search assignment, we endeavor to include representation by a variety of diversity segments.
