• Oversee productivity, quality and selection process in a refrigerated warehouse facility
• Direct activity of 25 union employees
• Assure proper receipt of merchandise
• Maintain proper slotting procedures
• Ensure rotation, loading and quality procedures
• Interact with Sales Team and Buying Office
• Maintain adherance to safety guidelines
• Ensure accurate billing

3-5 years supervisory experience

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Assist Sales Manager and Director in special promotions 
• Inside/Outside sales contacts 
• Research and follow up leads for new business opportunities
• Visit retail stores and supermarkets in NJ, NY, PA market 

Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent related experience
• Relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and computer are essential. 
• Valid Drivers license relatively clear of violations/points
